Which month do I start on?
You start on whatever month you subscribe in. If you join in March, your first volume is March. Each new volume unlocks on the 1st of the following month. Earlier volumes are available separately if you would like to go back and fill in the year.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep full access to every volume you have already received. No volumes are taken away. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For full details, see our subscription terms.
What do I need to print it?
A home printer (inkjet or laser) and standard A4 or US Letter paper. Colour printing gives the best result but most pages work in black and white too.

What age range is this for?
The Field Guide Year is designed for ages 4–7. Children on either side can enjoy most activities with light adaptation.
How much parent prep is needed?
Very little. Each week's cards tell you exactly what to do. Most activities need 5 minutes of setup and materials you already have.
What if we start mid-year?
Start any month. Each volume is self-contained — there's a seasonal thread, but no strict sequence.
How much does it cost to print?
About $3–5 per volume on a standard home printer. Many pages work beautifully in black and white.
